Candidates rotate through multiple positions in our companies to gain finance, strategy, and other business skills before ultimate placement as the President of a Northern Rock subsidiary or affiliate.
We recruit veteran leaders up to two years from their separation from active service.
Trade Apprenticeship Program (TAP)
For veterans with a passion for becoming the best qualified tradesmen they can be.
Candidates are placed in a company of their choice to obtain job certification or journeyman status. Upon completion of their program, candidates may be offered positions of leadership within a Northern Rock subsidiary or affiliate.
In addition to their salary, Northern Rock will assist candidates to qualify for VA benefits for their on-the-job training.
Experienced Operating Partner Program (EOPP)
For veterans with existing industry experience in current job positions that do not fully utilize their true leadership potential.
Candidates are offered the opportunity to participate in deal process diligence in Northern Rock’s acquisition of new companies.
Candidates may ultimately be offered leadership positions in the new company, to include the position of President.
